Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for extracting tannins from grape seeds, characterized in that it comprises a phase in which a fluid mass containing grape seeds passes through an ultrasonic tube, passing through said ultrasonic tube. Said ultrasonic tube is connected to ultrasonic generators so as to transmit the ultrasound generated by said ultrasonic generators to said fluid mass containing grape seeds. Said ultrasonic generators are arranged outside said ultrasonic tube.
