Abstract

Gripper for a stamping press having a transfer system, said gripper having a first and a second gripping arm for gripping a sheet to be stamped and a supporting body in which an actuating piston unit is housed, said piston unit being capable of actuating, via a longitudinal piston rod of the piston unit, said first gripping arm of the part to be stamped, said first arm being articulatedly connected to the supporting body, characterized in that the piston unit comprises at least two pistons in line with each other, separated and configured to work simultaneously and independently by actuating said piston rod.
