Abstract

A battery includes a case (100), an electrode assembly (200) inside the case, the electrode assembly including electrodes parallel to each other in a first direction, a tab (301) member including electrode tabs extending from the electrodes in a one-to-one manner, the electrode tabs including first electrode tabs, a cap assembly facing the electrode assembly, the cap assembly including a terminal (420), and a current collector assembly (500) between the electrode assembly and the cap assembly, the current collector assembly including a current collector (510) connected to the terminal and a current collector plate (520) connected to the tab member, and the current collector plate including a slit (S11,S12) through which the first electrode tabs pass.
