Abstract
An energy storage box (100) and an energy storage system (200). The energy storage box (100) includes: a box body (10); a power distribution box (20), and an energy storage device (70), where the energy storage device (70) has a first medium flow path; and a heat exchange mechanism, where the heat exchange mechanism includes a heat exchange device (40), at least part of the heat exchange device (40) is arranged in the power distribution box (20), the heat exchange device (40) has a second medium flow path, the heat exchange mechanism further includes a temperature adjustment device (30), the temperature adjustment device (30) communicates with the first medium flow path to form a first medium circulation flow path, the temperature adjustment device (30) is connected to the second medium flow path to form a second medium circulation flow path, the first medium circulation flow path and the second medium circulation flow path include a heat exchange medium therein, and the temperature adjustment device (30) is configured to adjust the temperature of the heat exchange medium.
