Abstract

A wireless communication method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium, related to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving, on a first downlink resource, a first downlink channel or signal sent by a network device, the first downlink channel or signal being used for determining synchronization assistance information (710); and on the basis of the synchronization assistance information, the terminal device sending a first uplink channel or signal to the network device by means of a first uplink resource (720). The first downlink channel or signal used for determining the synchronization assistance information is sent to the terminal device by the network device, so that the terminal device can determine the synchronization assistance information on the basis of the first downlink channel or signal, implement, on the basis of the synchronization assistance information, uplink time domain and/or frequency domain synchronization, and then send the first uplink channel or signal to the network device after uplink synchronization is completed. In this way, the terminal device can request the network device to serve the terminal device when there is a connection establishment or service transmission requirement, thereby improving communication efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
