Novagraaf Technologies mit Sitz in Asnières-sur-Seine ist der Patentzweig der Novagraaf-Gruppe, die zu den international führenden Beratungshäusern für Marken und Patente zählt und heute Teil der Questel-Gruppe ist. A system for storing and querying BGP routing data. The system comprises a relational database (330) comprising a set of tables configured to store lossless compressed BGP routing data. The set of tables includes at least one indirection table. There is an indirection table per BGP route attribute among a set of at least one BGP route attribute, each indirection table storing distinct values of the considered BGP route attribute and associating each of the stored values with a unique identifier. The set of tables includes at least one main table storing BGP routing data sets, each BGP routing data set including at least one unique identifier from at least one indirection table but not the associated BGP route attribute value. The system comprises an API (320) configured to generate Database queries to the relational database. The API provides entry points corresponding respectively to primitive functions. The API is adapted to convert a call to any of the primitive functions into at least one database query to one or more of the set of tables. |

In particular, it relates to a topical cosmetic composition comprising tranexamic acid encapsulated in a liposome and a non-therapeutic cosmetic method comprising the application to the skin of said topical cosmetic composition. The topical cosmetic composition can be used in the treatment of melanin or hyperpigmented spot, brown spots, hyperpigmented spots such as ephelides, melasma, actinic lentigo, senile lentigo and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. In particular, the obtained results have demonstrated that, when topically applied, the composition advantageously improves the treatment of brown spots and/or hyperpigmentation spots. |

The present invention relates to a method of detecting and/or quantifying the presence of exons 5 and 6 of ANRIL (Antisense Noncoding RNA in the INK4 Locus) in a subject, comprising the following steps of:1) Preparation of total RNA from a biological sample of the subject,2) Conversion of RNA molecules into complementary DNA,3) Loop-mediated isothermal amplification using trans-exonic oligonucleotides that specifically amplify exons 5 and 6,4) Addition of Cas12a/RNA guides complexes, wherein RNA guide specifically targets exons 5 and 6 by base pairing,5) Addition of a reporter DNA probe,6) Detection of cleavage products, wherein detection of cleavage products reveals the presence of exons 5 and 6 of ANRIL, and7) possibly quantifying expression of exons 5 and 6 of ANRIL.The present invention also relates to a method for in vitro diagnosis of a cancer in a subject, to a method for in vitro prognosis a cancer in a subject to a kit for implementing the method and to a set of oligonucleotides. |
