Abstract

Provided is a position method and a positioning apparatus, relating to the technical field of communications. The method is performed by a positioning device. The method includes: positioning (601, 802) a zero-power tag device based on a first radio signal from the zero-power tag device; wherein the first radio signal is actively transmitted by the zero-power tag device in response to the zero-power tag device receiving a second radio signal, or the first radio signal is passively transmitted via backscatter modulation on the second radio signal; wherein the second radio signal is used to energize the zero-power tag device or wake up the zero-power tag device.
