Abstract
The present disclosure provides an information transmission method and device, a user equipment and a network device, and relates to the technical field of communications. The information transmission method performed by the UE includes: determining a transmission resource according to a meta bit corresponding to uplink data; wherein the meta bit is a bit stream generated based on encoding the uplink data; detecting feedback information transmitted by a network device for the uplink data, on the transmission resource.
