Abstract

An aerosol generating product and an aerosol generating system. The aerosol generating product comprises a wrapping layer (10), a medium section (11), a functional section (12), and a stop member (13). The stop member (13) is configured to be in stop fit with the end of the medium section (11) distant from the functional section (12); the wrapping layer (10) wraps the circumferential outer surfaces of at least part of the stop member (13), the medium section (11), and at least part of the functional section (12); the part of the wrapping layer (10) protruding in the length direction from the medium section distant from the stop member is a first wrapping section (101), the functional section (12) is at least partially arranged in the first wrapping section (101), and the first wrapping section (101) and/or the functional section define a first air inlet (10a). Air in the external environment enters from the first air inlet (10a) without directly entering via the medium section (11), improving the temperature uniformity during atomization of the medium section (11); and the medium section (11) is in stop fit with the stop member (13), restraining the movement range of the medium section (11) in the wrapping layer (10), and reducing the probability that the medium section (11) shrinks and deforms due to heating, and falls off from the wrapping layer (10) under factors such as gravity.
