Abstract

An aerosol generating product and an aerosol generating system. The aerosol generating product comprises a coating layer (10), a medium section (20), and a support member (30); at least one airway hole (20a) is formed in the medium section (20), the airway hole (20a) passes through at least one end of the medium section (20), and the medium section (20) is used for being heated to generate an aerosol; the support member (30) is located at the end of the medium section (20) away from a lip in a length direction and is used for being in stop fit with the medium section (20); and the coating layer (10) covers the outer sides of the medium section (20) and the support member (30) in the length direction. The support member (30) is in stop fit with the medium section (20), such that the probability that the medium section (20) in the aerosol generating product shrinks and deforms after being heated and then falls off from the coating layer (10) is reduced. In addition, the support member (30) can adjust the vaping resistance, so that the probability that the condensate generated after the aerosol is condensed flows out of the aerosol generating product is reduced.
