Abstract

The disclosure provides a method for additively manufacturing an ophthalmic device thanks to at least one inkjet print head (6) having a plurality of nozzles (15), comprising providing a manufacturing file comprising parameters including a plurality of images, each image being representative of distribution of voxels or droplets for inkjet printing at least partially a layer of the ophthalmic device and each image being used for activating and deactivating nozzles of the at least one inkjet print head, wherein for at least some images, some nozzles of the at least one inkjet print head are selected depending on determined deviation characteristics of the nozzles of the at least one inkjet print head, the selected nozzles being representative of a group of adjacent nozzles located in an inkjet printing window.
