Abstract
The invention is related to energy management system for supply of electrical energy to a lighting system (4), comprising a terminal (14) for electrically connecting a mains network (2), a terminal (15) for electrically connecting at least one electric vehicle (3) and a terminal (16) for electrically connecting the lighting system (4). Moreover, the energy management system (1) comprises a control module (11) that is configured to control an electrical energy distribution between the terminals, based on first information that indicates available electrical energy of the at least one electric vehicle (3) and second information that indicates demanded electrical energy of the lighting system (4). Furthermore, the invention relates to a corresponding method controlling energy distribution.
