Abstract

A method for sequence mapping of demodulation reference signals of multiple control resource sets of a serving cell is presented. The method is performed by a user equipment and comprises determining a common reference point for the multiple control resource sets, wherein the common reference point is a lowest subcarrier of a common control resource set, determining a demodulation reference signal sequence to resource elements mapping for the multiple control resource sets based on the common reference point, wherein the sequence mapping is determined in a cyclic manner between a lower limit point and an upper limit point, and receiving and decoding a physical downlink control channel based on the determined demodulation reference signal sequence to resource elements mapping. A user equipment configured accordingly is also presented as well as a related method for a base station, a base station, and a computer program product.
