Abstract
A novel dentifrice composition with superior anti-sensitivity and whitening properties is provided. The dentifrice composition comprising a) cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone-hydrogen peroxide complex (cPVP-H<2>O<2> complex); b) sodium tripolyphosphate (STP) c) at least one solvent, wherein the at least one solvent comprises sodium lauryl sulphate, and d) at least one desensitising agent, wherein the at least one desensitizing agent comprises potassium nitrate.
