Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, and provided thereby are a cup holder apparatus and an automobile. The cup holder apparatus comprises a box body, a first rotation mechanism, and a partition plate structure. An opening is provided in a top portion of the box body. A storage cavity structure is formed in the interior of the box body. The partition plate structure is arranged in the storage cavity structure, and one end of the partition plate structure is rotatably mounted at a bottom portion of the box body by means of the first rotation mechanism, so that the partition plate structure rotates relative to the box body. When the partition plate structure rotates to a calibrated position, the partition plate structure separates out, from the storage cavity structure, a cavity structure for placing cups.
