Abstract
The invention concerns a building air cooling system that comprises a thermoelectric heat pump (10) with a cold plate (11) and a hot plate (12), an indoor heat exchanger (3) for indoor air at the cold plate (11), a water duct (8) at the hot plate (12), an entry water conduit (50) at the water entry (30) of the water duct (8) and an exit water conduit (51) at the water exit (31) thereof. The entry water conduit (50) is configured flow-capably to connect to a plumbing system (40, 41) of a building. The exit water conduit (51) is configured to dispose of heat from the indoor heat exchanger (3) towards an outdoor environment. A flow-influence device (34, 35, 36, 37, 38) that is configured to influence the flow through the water duct (8) and to do so in the entry water conduit (50), the water duct (8) or the exit water conduit (51). The invention also concerns a method for installing suchlike building air cooling systems. The invention further concerns a room air cooling unit that comprises a thermoelectric heat pump (10) in between a heat-conductive foam (3) and a water duct (8), which are fixedly connected with respect to each other.
