Abstract

A ranging device (1) is a device for measurement of a distance to an object by scanning an outside with light and detecting light reflected from the object. The ranging device includes an oscillation shaft (13) driven by an actuator (50), a mirror (18) that is driven and oscillated by the actuator (50) to scan the outside with light, and a holder (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28). The holder (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) includes a shaft holding portion (31) including a hole portion (311) into which the oscillation shaft (13) is press-fitted, and a mirror holding portion (32, 33) that is integrally formed with the shaft holding portion (31). The mirror (18) is adhered to the mirror holding portion (32, 33) via an adhesive member (29). The mirror holding portion (32, 33) includes a mirror contact portion (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48) that protrudes toward the mirror (18) and is in contact with the mirror (18).
