Abstract
A computer system (100) for automated assigning of transport missions to electric vehicles of a vehicle fleet (130) is provided, and configured to: for each (120-i) of a plurality of transport missions (120), obtain an expected degradation (ΔSoHi) of an energy storage system, ESS, (132-j) of a vehicle (130-j) if completing the mission; based on the obtained expected degradations, categorize each of the transport missions into one of several categories (Ci ∈ {C1, C2, ..., CK}) of different expected degradation; for each vehicle and for each category (Ck), obtain an indication of a number (Mn,k) of missions belonging to the category and previously assigned to the vehicle, and based on said indications, assign the transport missions to the vehicles such that differences in numbers of missions of each category assigned to each vehicle, and/or in sums of expected degradations for all missions performed by each vehicle, are reduced or eliminated over time.
