Abstract
A battery case, according to the present invention, comprises: a pack frame configured to form a receiving space for a plurality of battery cells; a case lid configured to cover the receiving space; and a gasket interposed between the pack frame and the case lid. The gasket comprises: a plurality of coupling portions which are regions pressed by a fastening member, and at least one spacing portion which is located between two coupling portions which are adjacent to each other, wherein the thickness of a first point on the plurality of coupling portions may be different from the thickness of a second point on the at least one spacing portion.
