Abstract

This application provides a secondary power control and protection apparatus and a secondary power device based on a PowerVPX architecture. A backplane of the secondary power control and protection apparatus includes a power connector connected to a power bus; a first data connector connected to a single-ended signal transmission bus; a second data connector connected to a differential signal transmission bus; and a third data connector connected to a high-speed signal transmission bus. By providing the first data connector, the second data connector, and the third data connector in the backplane, the data transmission bandwidth of the backplane of the secondary power control and protection apparatus is increased, improving the data exchange capability of the secondary power control and protection apparatus. A secondary power device based on a PowerVPX system architecture is further provided. The PowerVPX system architecture includes five planes: a power plane, an electrical plane, a data plane, a protection plane, and a control plane, effectively unifying the connection standards between secondary power devices and improving the compatibility and scalability of secondary power devices.
