Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a driver system, the driver system comprising: a driver circuit, a compensation circuit, a first driver terminal, a second driver terminal, and a third driver terminal, wherein the driver circuit comprises a first switching transistor and a first current mirror, wherein the first current mirror comprises a first reference transistor and a first mirror transistor, wherein the first reference transistor is integrated into a first circuit branch of the driver circuit, wherein the first switching transistor and the first mirror transistor are integrated into a second circuit branch of the driver circuit, such that the first switching transistor and the first mirror transistor are connected in series, wherein the compensation circuit is coupled to the gate terminal of the first mirror transistor, and wherein a second switching transistor and a compensation capacitor are integrated in the compensation branch.
