Abstract

A random access method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: sending or receiving first information, wherein the first information is used for indicating a correspondence between at least one downlink beam reflected by an intelligent reflecting surface and at least one random access resource (410). By means of the method, when an intelligent reflecting surface is introduced into a communication system, by establishing a correspondence between at least one downlink beam reflected by the intelligent reflecting surface and at least one random access resource, a terminal device can determine a random access resource for a random access procedure according to the at least one downlink beam, thereby ensuring the normal execution of the random access procedure and improving the communication stability.
