Abstract
The present invention provides a display apparatus comprising a thin film transistor substrate and manufacturing method thereof, the display apparatus comprising: a base substrate; and a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor disposed on the base substrate and spaced apart from each other, wherein the first thin film transistor includes: a first oxide semiconductor layer; and a first gate electrode overlapping the first oxide semiconductor layer, and the second thin film transistor includes: a second oxide semiconductor layer; and a second gate electrode overlapping the second oxide semiconductor layer, wherein the first oxide semiconductor layer includes a first sub-oxide semiconductor layer having a crystalline structure, and the second oxide semiconductor layer has a first amorphous structure.
