Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a photovoltaic cell preparation method, and a photovoltaic cell. The method includes: preparing a substrate including a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, wherein the first surface is a textured structure; placing the substrate into an ALD deposition chamber; sequentially depositing an aluminum-silicon layer and an alumina layer on the first surface; placing the substrate having the aluminum-silicon layer and the alumina layer into a PECVD deposition chamber; depositing a silicon nitride layer on the alumina layer; feeding ammonia gas into the PECVD deposition chamber, and turning on a radio frequency power supply to ionize hydrogen ions from the ammonia gas; and diffusing the hydrogen ions into the aluminum-silicon layer. The aluminum-silicon layer forms an aluminum-silicon bond on the first surface of the substrate, hydrogen ions are diffused to the aluminum-silicon layer to form an aluminum-hydrogen bond. When ultraviolet light is irradiated to the surface of the photovoltaic cell, the aluminum-hydrogen bond can reduce the possibility of damage caused by ultraviolet light to the silicon-hydrogen bond on the surface of the silicon layer, so that the chemical passivation loss of the photovoltaic cell is reduced, thereby improving the conversion efficiency.
