Abstract

The present application provides a solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor, and an electric device. The solar cell comprises: a first electrode layer, an active layer, a second electrode layer and a semi-packaging layer which are sequentially stacked, wherein the semi-packaging layer comprises a plane part located between the active layer and the second electrode layer and a packaging part at least partially located on at least one side surface of the active layer. The plane part of the semi-packaging layer located between the active layer and the second electrode layer can inhibit migration of active ions in the active layer to the second electrode layer, and the packaging part of the semi-packaging layer at least partially located on at least one side surface of the active layer can block external water oxygen, so that degradation of the active layer under the action of water oxygen is reduced, thereby comprehensively improving the stability of the solar cell.
