Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus. The display apparatus has a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area and comprises: a substrate (101); a first thin film transistor (200) and a second thin film transistor (300) disposed on the substrate; a light emitting device disposed on the first thin film transistor (200) and the second thin film transistor (300) and comprising a first electrode (E1), an emission layer (EL) and a second electrode (E2); and an encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting device, wherein the first electrode (E1), the emission layer (EL) and the second electrode (E2) are formed to have a concave-convex structure in at least a portion of an emission region. The display apparatus can improve color viewing angle and light extraction efficiency.
