Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a novel agent for treating or preventing dry eye, an agent for treating or preventing graft-versus-host disease, an agent for promoting healing of corneal epithelial wound, an agent for suppressing an inflammatory cell infiltrating into the cornea, a tear volume retaining agent, an agent for suppressing a corneal epithelial damage, an agent for suppressing a cell positive for a cell proliferation marker, or an agent for suppressing differentiation of a lymphocyte into an effector T cell. The present invention provides a novel agent for treating or preventing dry eye, an agent for treating or preventing graft-versus-host disease, an agent for promoting healing of corneal epithelial wound, an agent for suppressing an inflammatory cell infiltrating into the cornea, a tear volume retaining agent, an agent for suppressing a corneal epithelial damage, an agent for suppressing a cell positive for a cell proliferation marker, or an agent for suppressing differentiation of a lymphocyte into an effector T cell, the agent comprising a substance derived from a culture supernatant of a stem cell as an active ingredient.
