Abstract

A battery life prediction apparatus includes an acquisition interface (131) that acquires input data including a tire temperature, a tire pressure, a value related to a battery voltage, and a usage time of the battery, and a predictor (133) that predicts, as the life of the battery, a value related to the battery voltage after a predetermined period in the future, using the input data and a prediction model. With a basic statistical quantity, cumulative value, change per unit time, time-series feature, and travel time with regard to the tire temperature and the tire pressure in performance data as preprocessing amounts, the prediction model is generated by machine learning using training data that takes a value related to battery voltage and at least a portion of the preprocessing amounts as explanatory variables and the value related to the battery voltage after the predetermined period as an objective variable.
