Abstract
Disclosed is a method for operating an exposure apparatus comprising: initiating a transition mode responsive to an instruction for the exposure apparatus to transition from a low energy mode to a production mode, the transition mode comprising; measuring at least one operating parameter; and operating the exposure apparatus while performing a compensation procedure based on the at least one operating parameter, wherein the compensation procedure compensates for a reduced performance of the exposure apparatus associated with the low energy mode.
