Abstract

A rotor (2; 102) of a motor, includes: a shaft (10; 110); a rotor core (20; 120) having a plurality of core blocks (22; 122), each of the core blocks (22; 122) including a plurality of magnets (44) and a refrigerant flow passage (46), the core blocks (22; 122) including a first core block (22a; 122a) and a second core block (22b; 122b); and at least one plate, the at least one plate including a refrigerant communication plate (26; 126) disposed between the first core block (22a; 122a) and the second core block (22b; 122b), and the refrigerant communication plate (26; 126) including a communication flow passage (27) that is configured to connect the refrigerant flow passage (46) of the first core block with the refrigerant flow passage (46) of the second core block (22b; 122b).
