Abstract

Disclosed a composition, comprising an intragranular component and an extragranular component, the intragranular component comprising a diluent and a binder, wherein the diluent comprises 40 wt% or more of a first diluent based on the total weight of the diluent, the first diluent comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of : calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, and mixtures thereof, and the binder comprises a saccharide, an emulsifier and a fat. Further disclosed are a tablet prepared from materials comprising the composition, and a method for preparing a tablet.
