Abstract
Applicator for applying a cosmetic or pharmaceutical to the substantially hairless skin, having an applicator body which adjoins a handle or a stem portion and has at least one application surface covered with applicator extensions, wherein the length of the applicator extensions in the direction of their longitudinal extension axis are all in a range between 0,3 mm and 1 mm and have a diameter of less than 0.35 mm, preferably a diameter substantially of 0.25 mm, and preferably are all inclined in the same direction with respect to the portion of the application surface carrying them, wherein the respective longitudinal extension axis forms an angle of 50° or less and ideally of 40° or less with the surface of said application surface.
