Abstract
A pressure measuring chamber (1) includes: a first case (11) having a peripheral portion provided with a first connection portion (60); a second case (12) forming a chamber space (13) between the second case (12) and the first case (11) and having a peripheral portion provided with a second connection portion (70) connected to the first connection portion (60); and a flexible dome-shaped diaphragm (15) partitioning the chamber space (13) into a first chamber (13a) on a blood side and a second chamber (13b) on a pressure sensor side. The diaphragm (15) has a flexible membrane (40) deformable in a first direction according to a pressure difference between the first chamber (13a) and the second chamber (13b) and a support frame (50) provided on a peripheral portion of the flexible membrane (40) and fixed between the first connection portion (60) and the second connection portion (70). The support frame (50) has a higher rigidity than the flexible membrane (40).
