Abstract
The invention relates to a recombinant immune cell into which (i) a first nucleic acid sequence encoding a single chain variable fragment (scFv) of an anti-CD3 antibody and (ii) a second nucleic acid sequence encoding a membrane protein are introduced. When the recombinant immune cells of the present invention are injected into tumors, the expression of the anti-CD3 epsilon chain scFv gene is induced on the cell membrane surface through membrane proteins, and intratumoral polyclonal proliferation of tumor-infiltrating T cells is induced through various costimulatory molecules of immune cells, thereby delaying or inhibiting tumor growth. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition comprising the recombinant immune cells as an active ingredient for treating cancer, wherein the recombinant immune cells are directly injected into a tumor.
