Abstract
Means capable of stably producing TCR-T cells and CAR-T/CAR-NK cells, and means for treating diseases such as tumors and autoimmune diseases by applying the same, are disclosed. One aspect of a production method of a TCR/CAR/CAAR-expressing immune cell according to the present invention is a method of producing a TCR/CAR/CAAR-expressing immune cell by introducing an exogenous receptor gene into multipotent blood progenitor cells and then inducing differentiation thereof into immune cells. Another aspect of the production method of a TCR/CAR/CAAR-expressing immune cell according to the present invention is a method of producing a TCR/CAR/CAAR-expressing immune cell by inducing differentiation of multipotent blood progenitor cells into immune cells and then introducing thereinto an exogenous receptor gene. As the multipotent blood progenitor cell, an induced leukocyte stem cell (iLS) or a T/NK progenitor cell can be preferably used.
