Abstract

The invention relates to a subsea stroking tool (100) having a longitudinal axis and comprising:- a housing (200);- a hydraulic piston assembly (203);- a rod (201) having a proximal end and a distal end, at least partially arranged within the housing (200) and movable along the longitudinal axis relative to the housing (200);- a set of rollers (202) engaged with the rod (201);wherein both the set of rollers (202) and the hydraulic piston assembly (203) are configured to move the rod (201) along the longitudinal axis.
