Über die Kanzlei
Bandpay & Greuter wurde 2014 in Paris gegründet und wollte von Beginn an die Arbeitsweise klassischer Patentkanzleien modernisieren, unter anderem durch eine konsequent papierlose Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig persönlichem Mandantenkontakt. Über ein sorgfältig ausgewähltes Netzwerk internationaler Partnerkanzleien ist die Kanzlei auch in Nordamerika, China, Japan, Korea und Indien präsent. Neben der Anmeldung und Verteidigung von Patenten berät das Team zu Einspruchsverfahren, Patentstreitigkeiten in Frankreich und im Ausland, Freedom-to-operate-Gutachten und Due-Diligence-Analysen, in Zusammenarbeit mit Marken- und allgemeinen Rechtsberatern. Ein technischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf Softwareerfindungen, etwa im Bereich Computersysteme, Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen und angewandte Mathematik.

Embodiments train an artificial intelligence (AI) model to generate optimized parameters for part manufacturing. Embodiments generate a simulation data set including respective sets of manufacturing parameters with associated values. Embodiments generate a training data set using the generated simulation data set by performing a respective manufacturing simulation using each respective set of manufacturing parameters with associated values. Results of performing each respective manufacturing simulation include a representation of a part resulting from the respective manufacturing simulation and a toolpath of the respective manufacturing simulation. The training data set is composed of a subset of the results of performing each respective manufacturing simulation and respective sets of manufacturing parameters with associated values corresponding to the subset of the results. Embodiments train an AI model using the training data set generated, the AI model trained is configured to determine optimized manufacturing parameters. |
