A vehicle (1000), provided with an on-board refrigerator (100). A temperature control device (10) of the on-board refrigerator (100) includes: a mounting bracket (1); a condenser (31), the condenser (31) is mounted on the mounting bracket (1); and a first fan (36), the first fan (36) are mounted on the mounting bracket (1), the first fan (36) and the condenser (31) are stacked in the height direction of the on-board refrigerator (100), and the first fan (36) is configured to blowing gas to the condenser (31) so as to dissipate heat of the condenser (31).
