Abstract
One example discloses a process sensor, including: a set of process sensitive current sources having a set of transistors embedded in a semiconductor device; wherein the process sensitive current sources are configured to generate an output current that varies in response to a process parameter shift of the transistors in the semiconductor device; a ring oscillator coupled to receive the output current from the set of process sensitive current sources; wherein the ring oscillator is configured to generate an output signal having a frequency that varies in response to the output current.
