Abstract

A fuel cell control system, which includes an electrochemical detection apparatus, a control apparatus and a power converter, and is used for coupling a fuel cell to supply power to a load. The electrochemical detection apparatus includes a sensing apparatus and a processor. The sensing apparatus is used for sensing a cell current and a cell voltage. The processor is used for executing electrochemical analysis on the basis of the cell voltage and the cell current, and determining a water content state of the fuel cell. The control apparatus is used for adjusting a fuel state of the fuel cell when the water content state is a dry film state or a water-saturated state. The power converter is used for determining a loading condition of the fuel cell, and generating output power on the basis of the cell voltage and the cell current when the water content state is in a normal state, wherein the cell voltage and the cell current are related to the loading condition. The present disclosure further relates to a fuel cell control method and an electrochemical detection apparatus.
