Abstract

A printed circuit board of a cell module controller configured to monitor a battery module is coated with a coating solution, except for an exposed area including a first point and a second point. A leakage detection circuit is formed on the printed circuit board, and includes at least one resistor connected to the first point and the second point via a line. A battery monitoring integrated circuit is formed on the printed circuit board, and receives a detection voltage at a predetermined pin, and the detection voltage is determined based on a resistance between the first point and the second point determined based on whether there is a leakage within the battery pack, and the at least one resistor.
