Abstract

The present invention relates to a semiconductor circuit breaker comprising: a semiconductor switch unit which is arranged at an input electric circuit through which current is supplied from a power source to a load, and which includes at least one semiconductor switch for opening or closing the input electric circuit; a control unit, which controls a gate driver of the at least one semiconductor switch so as to control the opening or closing of the input electric circuit; and at least one inductor which is a separate electric circuit from the input electric circuit having the semiconductor switch unit arranged thereon, and which is arranged at a feedback electric circuit through which the current that is output from the load is fed back to the power source.
