Abstract

The disclosure relates to a stator assembly (20) for a dual rotor electric machine (14) for a drive unit of a vehicle. The stator assembly (20) comprises a first stator (22) extending along a first axis and a second stator (32) extending along the first axis. The second stator (32) is arranged radially inside the first stator (22). The first stator (22) and the second stator (32) are rotationally fixed with respect to one another. A plurality of coolant channels (44) extending along the first axis are interposed between the first stator (22) and the second stator (32). Additionally, a dual rotor electric machine (14) for a drive unit of a vehicle is described. Furthermore, a coolant distribution sleeve (42) for a stator assembly (20) is shown.
