Abstract
The present invention relates to a codebook indication method, a terminal, and a network device. The method executed by a terminal comprises: determining a codebook, wherein at least one codeword in the codebook supports full-power uplink transmission of the terminal, and the terminal supports 8-port partially coherent transmission. Thus, full-power uplink transmission of the terminal can be achieved, the transmission power of the terminal can be improved, and the uplink transmission performance is improved.
