Abstract
The present application provides a codebook indication method, a terminal, and a network device. The method executed by the terminal comprises: determining a codebook, wherein at least one codeword in the codebook supports full-power uplink transmission of the terminal, and the terminal supports 8-port non-coherent transmission. Therefore, the terminal can transmit an uplink signal or an uplink channel at full power, thereby improving the transmission power of the terminal, and improving the uplink transmission performance.
