Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an application interaction method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, wherein a media object is played in a video playback interface based on an information stream in a first application, where a target control is provided in the video playback interface, and the target control dynamically displays a corresponding control icon based on a video feature of the media object; switching to a secondary operation interface of the first application is performed in response to a trigger operation for the target control, where the secondary operation interface is configured at least for displaying a media player or switching to a second application, the second application being configured for acquiring background music or a video template of the media object.
