Abstract

Provided are authentication methods, a terminal, and a first network device, which relate to the field of communications. The method is performed by a terminal, and includes: transmitting (S610) a first message, wherein the first message carries one or more pieces of authentication information, wherein the one or more pieces of authentication information are used to authenticate a first user using the terminal, and different pieces of authentication information in the one or more pieces of authentication information are related to characteristic information of the first user and characteristic recovery information of different users.
