Abstract

The present disclosure provides a random access method and apparatus and a storage medium. The random access method is applied to a terminal, and comprises: determining a target numerical value on the basis of a preset condition, or receiving a target numerical value sent by a network device, the target numerical value being used for determining the number of association pattern periods comprised in the time domain period length of one set of RO groups, and the one set of RO groups comprising one or more RO groups; and performing random access on the RO groups comprised in the time domain period length.
