Abstract

The present application relates to a display panel (10) and a display apparatus. The display panel (10) comprises a photosensitive display region (12) corresponding to a photosensitive element. The photosensitive display region (12) comprises a plurality of regularly arranged display pixel regions (120), and light-transmitting regions (121) located between adjacent display pixel regions (120). The light-transmitting regions (121) and the display pixel regions (120) are arranged spaced apart from each other. Each light-transmitting region (121) comprises: a main light-transmitting region (1210), which is in the shape of a rounded rectangle; and compensating light-transmitting regions (1211), which are formed at rounded corners of the main light-transmitting region (1210) and are spaced apart from the main light-transmitting region (1210), wherein the side of each compensating light-transmitting region (1211) that is close to a rounded corner has a right-angled corner. In the solution, by means of designing the main light-transmitting region (1210) in the shape of a rounded rectangle, the phenomenon of light diffraction can be alleviated; moreover, by means of forming the compensating light-transmitting regions (1211) at the rounded corners of the main light-transmitting region (1210), and providing the right-angled corner on the side of each compensating light-transmitting region (1211) that is close to a rounded corner of the main light-transmitting region (1210), an image captured by a photosensitive element (20) is more realistic, thereby improving the imaging effect of the photosensitive element (20).
