Abstract
A forage conditioning apparatus may include a first conditioning roller configured to rotate about a first rotational axis and a second conditioning roller configured to rotate about a second rotational axis. The first conditioning roller may include a plurality of first roller segments aligned along the first rotational axis. A plurality of first crimping rings may extend radially with respect to the first rotational axis, each first crimping ring being a generally planar disc located between two adjacent ones of the first roller segments.
